MEKANISME PENERBITAN NUPTK

 NUPTK menjadi incaran para tenaga pendidik pada satuan pendidikan PNS maupun NON-PNS sebagai Nomor Identitas yang resmi untuk keperluan identifikasi dalam berbagai pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.

Berikut ini adalah gambar mekanisme penerbitan dan penonaktifan NUPTK:

mekanisme di atas  mencakup NUPTK bagi Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) di bawah koordinasi Kemendikbud dan Kemenag. Bedanya, NUPTK di bawah koordinasi Kemendikbud menggunakan aplikasi Data Pokok Pendidikan (Dapodik), sementara NUPTK di bawah koordinasi Kemenag masih manual.


Mengingat signifikansi NUPTK itu, Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan menerbitkan surat tentang Penerbitan NUPTK bagi Guru/Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK/PTK) pada Satuan Pendidikan Formal dan Non Formal. Dalam surat edaran tertanggal 28 Desember 2015 itu, selain menjelaskan tentang persyaratan dan ketentuan penerbitan NUPTK, juga menjelaskan tentang penonaktifan NUPTK.

beberapa hal yang disampaikan dalam surat tersebut  terkait  syarat/ketentuan penerbitan atau pengajuan NUPTK bagi Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Guru, Kepala Sekolah dan Pengawas Sekolah pada jenjang TK, SD, SMP, SMA, SMK, PLB. 2. Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan pada Satuan pendidikan Non Formal (KB/TPA/SPS, PKBM/TBM, Kursus, dan UPT. 3. Guru PNS/CPNS, Pengawas PNS, dan Guru bukan PNS. 4. Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan pada Satuan pendidikan Non Formal PNS/CPNS dan bukan PNS. 5. S-1/D4 dari LPTK/PTN yang memiliki prodi terakreditasi atau dari LPTK /PTS yang terakreditasi Kopertis setempat bagi guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang diangkat setelah Januari 2006. 6. Guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang aktif dalam dapodik Dikdasmen dan Paud-Dikmas dengan ketentuan : a. Belum memiliki NUPTK melalui proses veval GTK oleh PDSPK b. Kandidat guru dan tenaga kependidikan penerima NUPTK melengkapi persyaratan dengan memindai (meng- upload) dokumen persyaratan melalui aplikasi verval GTK: – Guru dan tenaga kependidikan PNS, SK CPNS/PNS + SK Penugasan dari Dinas Pendidikan – Guru dan tenaga kependidikan non PNS : a. Di sekolah negeri: SK Pengangkatan dari Bupati/Walikota/Gubernur b. Di sekolah swasta: SK Pengangkatan GTY selama 2 tahun secara terus menerus dihitung sampai dengan bulan Januari 2016 (SK tidak berlaku surut).
7. Guru yang aktif tidak dalam dapodik (Guru Kemenag) – Diajukkan oleh operator Disdik melalui aplikasi verval GTK – Belum memiliki NUPTK melalui proses verval GTIC oleh PDSPK – Kandidat guru penerima NUPTK melengkapi persyaratan dengan memindai (meng- upload) dokumen persyaratan melalui aplikasi verval GTK : a. Guru PNS, SK CPNS/PNS + SK Penugasan dari Disdik b. Guru non PNS : – Di sekolah negeri: SK Pengangkatan dari Bupati/Walikota/Gubernur – Di sekolah swasta: SI< Pengangkatan GTY selama 2 tahun secara terus menerus dihitung sampai dengan bulan Januari 2016 (SK tidak berlaku surut)
8. Diverifikasi dokumen persyaratannya oleh Disdik Kab/Kota, Ditjen GTK sesuai kebijakan yang ada

CARA MENGAJUKAN NUPTK

saya akan bahas bagaimana cara mengajukan NUPTK dengan detile, namun perlu diketahui bahwa NUPTK memiliki mekanisme berdasarkan ketentuan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh kementrian pendidikan, ada kriteria PTK atau tenaga aministrasi untuk mengajukan NUPTK, mekanismenya itu sendiri sangatlah simple sehingga mudah dipahami, namun kadang kita harus berusaha keras bagaimana supaya pengajuan NUPTK kita berjalan lancar, cepat , dan sukses tentunya sampai terbitnya NUPTK, disini peran operator sangat penting karena pengajuan ini dilakukan oleh operator sekolah yang sudah ditunjuk oleh kepala sekolah,

langsung saja cara mengajukan nuptk melalui data. kemdikbud.go.id

yang pertama kita lakukan  seperti gambar dibawah ketik aja key word "verval ptk" 
setelah ketemu alamatnya langsung aja kita klik pada verval ptk

 setelah itu hingga muncul sepeti gambar dibawah kemendikbud login , masukan nama pengguna dan pasword yang sudah terdaptar ( operator sudah sangat tau )

barulah kita masuk ke meu utama  link langsund membawa kita pada daftar PTK,, PTK yang ada didaftar ini adalah PTK yang pada dapodiknya bersetatus INDUK, namun bukan dalam  artian kita bisa mengajukan NUPTK walaupun sudah ada di daftar PTK disekolah bpk ibu,, yang bisa di ajukan adalah PTK yang sudah berada di fdaftar calon penerima NUPTK,, smoga semuanya pada masuk ya,, biar cpet pada punya tujnangan dan cpet di angkat PNS , aamiin,   Nah,,, lihat gambar dibawah , pilih NUPTK kemudian klik calon penerima NUPTK

barulah kita  memilih siapa PTK yang mau diajukan, sebaiknya dirapatkan dulu deh biar pas pada punya nuptkk gak kabur dari sekolah hehe,, ngapain  ya kabur dari sekolah ... oke serius lagi,,, setelah kita memilih salah satu ptk seperti gambar dibawah kita klik upload dokumen disana kita akan diminta untuk mengupload dokumen.

nah ini dia dokumen yang harus diupload 1. KTP , 2. SK GTY,  3. SK BUPATI ( bagi sekolah negeri) SK YAYASAN ( bagi sekolah swasta), dokumen 4 sampai 7 berupa ijazah SD sampai S1. ingat fle yang didukung adalah file yang berformat PDF dengan ukurann maksimmal 2MB. klo sudah selesai yakin dan pas, langdung aja upload.

sekarang coba kita cek status sprti gambar dibawah, pilih NUPTK lalu klik setatusnya

berikut ini adalah hasil dari pengajuan kita,, kurang lebih ini baru sekolah yang selesai dalam tahapan ini, selanjutnya kita menunggu approval dari dinas, setelah dinas melakukan approval tadi maka tahap selanjutnya yaitu akan diteruska ke DIRJEN  NUPTK untuk dihitung jumlah rasi, apakah sekolah daerah terentu tempat kita mengajar membutuhkan guru bidang studi titik titik,??? kalo seandainya DIRJEN mengaoppripval pengajuan kita maka tahapan selanjutnya dilangsungkan kembali ke pusat, nah disana lah kita akan mendapatkan NUPTK, semoga beruntung ya bapak ibu guru, tetap semangat dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai pendidik, semua yang kita lakukan semata mata untuk menolong umat manusia dari kebodohan , berdoa seoga pengajuan NUPTK nya sukses, okeh lah kalo begitu selamat mencoba , salam pendidikan,,,,,,
